Is it free?#

Yes. Nothing in the game is sold, and cash-only items can't be bought.

How do I play?#

Get the L.O.S launcher, sign in with your L.O.S account and pick L.O.S Pet Society in the games hub. Step by step: Getting Started.

Something says "not available"#

That feature isn't rebuilt yet. The list is on What Works Right Now.

Who are my neighbours?#

Every other L.O.S player who has made a pet.

Can I bring my old pet back?#

No. Playfish's saves are gone, so everyone starts fresh.

"Unable to connect"#

Reload the game. Going into town and the Mayor's lost animals used to cause this and are fixed; if you still see it, tell us in Bug Reports what you were doing.

I found a bug#

Post it in Bug Reports with what you did, what happened and a screenshot.
